Hello,
I try to recalibrate W169, 2004 year, from 264750 to 165000 km.
In the dash is 24c04 eeprom, EZS is 9S12.
There's no ZGW in this car.

After programming both dasboard and EZS I have only dashes (-----) on the display and car doesn't start.
Then I reprogrammed EZS back with original file, but still have ---- on the screen, and still no start...
Now I really have a problem. :(

Both original and recalibrated files are attached.
What went wrong? Can anyone help me?

I read 9S12 with x-prog, like a few times before...
I have ETL at home, but was lazy to desolder the MCU :(
Do you think I should check the whole flash?

Thanks for the dump, I just test it with a dump like that... no difference, just like the car don't recognize EZS is connected
I don't know why there are zeros at the beginning of the file... but after a multiple read and verify process I trusted my xprog... or maybe I was wrong???

i think you was choise wrong MASK on this 9S12, this is reason why come 00 in firts bytes
in my arhive i have in all eeproms in first bytes FF

i think you have corupt the flash also
read the flash and post the ezs nr

pozdrav milan
p.s. ja za to koristim r260 ili r270
imam original Xprog-m, ali bolje mi je ovo

EZS nr:
169 545 13 08
04 1569 05

I'll read 9S12 with ETL and post the flash ASAP.
Unfortunatelly, I don't have rosfar.

Here's full flash (including eeprom area) dump in bin and etl format.
There's a lot of hex 3F values inside, first area is at addresses 8200 to BFFF (hex).
Is that normal?
Can you upload a good full flash dump?
Thanks in advance

Just found this file on the DK.
According to it, my flash is corrupted from 8000 to 81FF.
Can anyone confirm this dump is OK?

Solved!!
Flash was partially erased, I reflash with the file attached here, and put FF in the beginning of the eprom area.
Everything is OK. :)
