A few days i have simil problem.
Have you others DTCs on others modules?? BCM, IPC, Inmovilizer?
Check connector of Dash (is common fault)

go to BCM module, measure block, and read Security wait time... (ex 21:00:00) after few minuts read value again, if you have same value, then BCM blocked.
Need reset and adapt all modules or immo off

With Op-com in IPC menu select read eeprom, follow istruction to read pin. (By OBDII)
Or read Ecu eprom, or bcm eprom and post here. (direct)
