Move the dish without undoing the nuts. Sounds daft but just pressing the edge of the dish with your finger will move it enough to check if it corrects it. Keep clear of blocking the signal to the lnb. Try one side first then the other then the top and the bottom.

While you are doing this you need someone watching the tv while its on a channel on the frequency and the info button pressed three times to get the Signal & Intencity bars on the screen. They will go coloured when the strength is enough.

If your not in talking range use mobiles.

if your getting the following channels and they are working correctly I would leave the dish as it is and not worry about it:

Sky Sports 2 HD
Sky Sports 4 HD
Sky 1
Sky Atlantic HD

Is that 12344 H or V?

It's unlikely that a single transponder not being picked up is caused by dish misalignment.

Had one on Saturday when aligning a dish. All but SS 1 HD on the TP working perfect just the slightest move on the dish cured it.

Have you any friends where you can try the box on another dish to confirm or eliminate the dish.

I have heard of transponders being lost if the LNB freq isn't set to Universal (9750-10600), but that is usually more than 1 transponder.

Also do you have any wireless devices, like a cordless phone, close to the box. I have heard that these can cause interference on a single channel if they are placed close to the box.

Try 12354 or 12334.

i had a cordless phone plugged in next to the box. i have removed this but still no good.

i have checked all my transponder frequencies and in total i have 8 that have no signal strength or intensity. Is it normal to not have all of the transpdonders being picked up?

Is it worth a factory reset and start again?

Not all transponders in the list are active. I have 5 in my list which show on KOS as being "for occasional feeds, data or inactive".

Check your transponder frequencies that show no signal here:-

Astra 1N / Astra 2A / Astra 2D / Astra 2F / Eutelsat 28A / Eutelsat 28B (28.2?E) - All transmissions - frequencies - KingOfSat (http://en.kingofsat.net/pos-28.2E.php)

They will, hopefully, be all inactive transponders. Sometimes they will show 1 digit difference (e.g. one of my transponders shows 11584, but is actually 11585 according to KOS)

Just to check that the parameters are correct, when looking at 12344 in the transponder list, does it show a symbol rate of 29500 and polarity of H.

i have checked all my other transponders on the list with that link you gave me. they are all inactive frequencies. i really haven't got a clue why my dish wont pick up this frequency!!!!!!!!
