audi dash need pin

i need your help cause i need to swap dash in a4 audi 2003 year
with eeprom 24c08.the one is 8e0920931 and the ori is 8e0920930s
so please if anybody can help with pin would be appreciate.

PIN is encrypted in the the eeprom. Not possible to read via dump due to crypto mask in the processor that needs to be read at the same time via OBD2.

No , you have to adopt new dash in the car.It looks like this is RB 8 and it is very difficult to adopt.

If I swap Eeprom and nec mcu?

That way it should work. Eeprom has unique key , and that key is connected to MCU.

Thx I try to change both eeprom and nec mcu.
Problem is that customers car is 300km from me so I need to send dash to him (broken and fixed used dash)
