New Skybox F5

Can any one give me any info on how to setup a Skybox F5 I am new to the Skybox and finding hard to program. I have a motor dish

I don't know what to do with the TP list? can anyone give me a easy way to program the skybox. As being disabled I mean easy.

Hi have a look here Openbox setup guide (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f184/openbox-setup-guide-257009/) the openbox is setup in the same way as the F boxes
