BDM100 problem, EDC16c39 encryption

I read this ecu with bdm100 and only read 543kb


I try to read in "advanced" and says "ecu encryption"

what problem ? I use sw dimsport

is Fiat Bravo 1.6jtd 105hp

I tried use CMD but it gives error

"+12Vcc power error or Communication error"

is sw problem or i need external power pins of the ecu ?

my china clone has two reles

The dimsport sw, should allow you to export flash, eeprom etc,
by default if you read all, will be about 540kb as compressed (sort of encrypted)
open your read file, using the dimsport sw, think its under advanced, then export, you open your 540kb read then can export flash etc, without compression (encrypt)

u get this done ok ? BDM 100 safe never had a problem, you write the flash, not entire ecu,,,,

You have no Galletto 2? Only this week did for obd without any problems, and in the latter case you wore the galletto 2 bdm and pathways as read. In the latter case, if you need help in reading communicates, which apparently are the same country and your nick is familiar to me.

I do not have galletto 2 ... china clone do not work in BDM and eu clone are very expensive ! :eviltongue:

use the BDM with CMD soft , "don't forget to do 2 steps" and then u can read Flash , mpc , e2prom or a full bdm , and when u read a full BDM after u can seperate the file in the same 3 files ;)


By the way , the PT clone is not very expensive ;) if u do 2 edc17 u pay it ;)

strange, usually when this error is because it is not making contact with the pins
