Whats the best way to compare the differences?

I use Ultraedit prog easy to work with that nice prog to compare and edit

I used hex compare but could see no difference

there are differences mate.maybe wrong settings on hexcmp.

use ecm editor, WinOLS, etc., not in this file. hex in this bin. easy to visualize.
