suzuki grand vitara 2003 1.6 mitsubishi ecu and immo - dumps or immo off pls

i have suzuki grand vitara 1.6 2003. car has been left for 1 year, battery flat, keys lost,.
i tried to read x24c01 from immo box via 3 different programmers but the file is corrupted.
i think the file is damaged. i have ecu from the car

the only readable eeprom i can see is marked on photo attached and its s24c04

and immo box mitssubishi 33970 - 65d01
x1t12372m

with x24c01.

can anyone help?
i would need to know if the marked ecu eeprom is responsible for immo? can anyone generate immo box eeprom from ecu eeprom?
or maybe someone has set of eeproms for this ecu and immo?

immo off also would be a solution.

Friend read x24c01 under xicor i think the file not damaged, i have top programmer and x prog, have the same result you have they cannot read this type of eeprom x24c01, what programmer you have to read it, regards.
