Ford PSA engine 1.6 automatic gearbox to manual need help.

Hi i get that car have change automatic gearbox to manual car have DTC and check engine ON.
I in damos find coding and change to manual gearbox check engine now is OFF, but problem still here car run well but he cant up speed at 90KM/H(maximum is 90km/h)
I dont know what i must do now!
Any ideas?
DTC is: P1622,P1635,U0101, read via autocom.

Hi,
Before the exchange gearbox car works well?
As I remember, there was info flash in peugeot server for that symptom. But I need your car vin code to see if this information applies to your car
DTC: P1622-Incoherence between the various butterfly angle and intake pressure information. You must make initialisation of an engine management ECU.
Or maybe you activated speed limit?!

this DTC be before i get car!
i look vmax is 220km/h
i take and chenge next place in 16bit place after vmax and get this.
car go up 90km!!! but he lost boost and not work speed control in dashboard.
car before to 3 gear can 3100rpm very same with vmax(speed limiter)
but after mod (i take and chenge next place in 16bit place after vmax and get this.) i up to 3 gear 4500rpm!!

no i not find solution and vmax be 255 no 90km car go away and not come back.
i think topic can be close.
