You can try read Full with BDM100 (Xprog, Optican, FGtech, K-tag and etc). I'm read it with Combiloader (Russian flasher).232720

Sorry, I work and do not always visit the forum. TriCore no one tried to read because everything interesting is in MCU MPC + flash + eeprom. Why do you want to read / write TriCore?

In SIM2K 140/141 manage transmission TriCore SAK-C167, SIM2K-341 - TriCore SAK-1766.
MPC and flash foe engine.

You have other ECU (Siemens SIM2K C201/241/243/245)!!! In Russia we are read/write it with Combiloader.
You need other loader (not XPROG, BDM100, etc.)
