how can i read and write those?

Orange5 can read/write this device pin12--BKD pin17--Reset pin15,19,47--gnd and pin16,18--vcc

i saw in orange 5 but i could not see support it.

can it support UPA or rosfar 270?

To many devices can read/write 9S12 MCU.
X-prog, SMOK J-Tag, Rosfar R260 or R270, UPA, Orange 5, and many other devices.
To me SMOK J-tag is the best one and it is very simple to use it.

i know my friend about you talking but others dont understand you...you mean 9s12p128 is new mcu and till now only read xprog 5.0 original and tmpro2 through 2 last modules...other tools and great UPA for now didnt support it:-(
