Try this... Cut pin 25 from Printed Circuit Board end connect Gnd.

Osc 8mhz?

I try cut pin 25 and connect this pin to GND,add to radio Osc 10MHz and setup upa 10MHz and read OK.

Topic is very old but j have the same problem-did you remebmer your conection? Which pins, voltage in radio off/on etc???
