I am having a bit of an issue with a production date 10/05 R50 - 2006 Mini Cooper Digital Odometer. Where is the location of the chip for mileage correction? is it in the BCM or in the Cluster? This R50 has the additional Chrono Cluster also. Any input would be greatly appreciated...

I got the one off the steering wheel (cluster) and couldn't find anything in it...I should take out the Chrono Pod and look there (centre console display). Thanks. If anyone else has any other input - fire away!

I was told that there is a few places you need to change miles for a clean job, but if you just do cluster i'll be ok

I would not suggest you using any clones to do this cluster, it's very easy to f... It up

Got the Cluster and the BCM back and we have a problem. There is no power coming to the cluster fuse - obviously the cluster is completely off, no power to the interior gauge lights and no power to the Heater/AC Controls. I will take everything back out tomorrow (its too dark outside now) and start from the beginning but I doubt it's anything I did. Any thoughts?
