Hi mate.

This is MCU Renesas SH7251. Like inside Delphi DCM 3.7 ECU Opel/Chevrolet (Korean models)/Ssang Young.
Fgtech 53 (i have tested with euro clone)can do this job, but you lose content of DATA FLASH memory (special 256KB eeprom emulation area in MCU) during writing (during reading all is fine). It is tested on the DCM3.7 Ssang Young Action new 2012 - Fgtech perfectly write flassh (2Mb of internal flash), but eeprpom area is will be destroyed in all cases during writing (i solved a problem with eeprom restoration only with DTS Ssang Young dealer tool). Also K-tag (original,not 1.89 chinese clone) has support of this MCU, but KTAG do not support reflash of unknown ECUs, like this.

Zohar is right, renesas MCU erases eeprom when writting/Reading, need security algo for by pass erase, think ETL has programmer for it.
