Boxer/Ducato 93c46 file?

Using xprog to read it as 93c46 kept getting errors, finally read it as 93c46a and read first time. Do I need to read it as 8 bit or 16 bit? Will be sending the dump to a friend for them to write me a T5 ready to start the van. I believe he uses EFfi.

i've damaged a few t5 chips trying to make a key like this, dind't work, used effi, zedbul and original avdi. gave up and put a wire to injectionpump.
