Many tools can do this car by obd? There is a M35080 inside how it that possible? Someone tried by OBD? Customer asked me to do one but need to know first.

yes is possible by OBDII

nothing of value is stored within the protected lines ie mileage so its changable just like any other eprom

As Marti says, the mileage is stored in lines 20 and 30 and the service mileage is in 40 and 50 so the incrementing sector doesn't come into it.
