Hello,
I?m new to using a skybox but I know a little. Being tech savvy and all I have a good understanding of networking and computers. I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem I?ve encountered. I?ve had a skybox for about a year now. It was working well; I updated my channel list every month. But come these last three months channels began to die out. Since last week I?ve lost all my channels. I thought maybe it was my internet, so I rearranged a few things on the router giving the skybox priority over other network items.

So still my channels haven?t come back, I reset the box many times but that didn?t work. So I came across this forum and I found two users who provided a channel list for skybox and an openbox. The box I?m using is a skybox f3. I followed the instructions carefully and updated the necessary files. But yet again everything appears scrambled. Despite having a signal intensity and quality over 50% on almost all the channels And a SNR of 50% and over, Channels still are not working. The network settings are correct I?ve checked that on the box.

So could somebody please advise me on what needs to be done, I?m a super quick learner! Lol and I really want to get the channels up and running especially the sports ones.

speak to your provider, that's as far as we can go now as per forum rules.
