touareg radio 2007

hi all
touareg 2007 radio freezing on wellcome screen ,there is one fault (front right speaker malfunction ).
tried to disconnect it but the same ,
any suggestions please ?

Were you tried to disconnect,on back of RCD or door?Maybe problem with wire between car and door.

This unit is called RNS-510
Here you will tell no one, because only a few people in the world are able to repair them ..
