My first post on here .... so hopefully it will be helpful !

I also have my F5S box connected to a dish with my Sky subscriptions boxes connected to the same dish. I found that certain channels reported a "No Signal" message, even though they worked perfectly on my Sky subscription box.
Apparently, this sometimes happens and can depend on the LNB you have on installed on your dish. According to info I've seen, it's a polarization issue.

If you get this, there are devices you can buy to help resolve the problem. They sit between the cable from the dish and the F5S box.
I bought mine off Ebay the other day, and it worked perfectly. Do a search for "no signal fix".

Like I say, it may happen to you (and maybe not). Just thought I'd share the info in case you do come across this issue.
