Sounds like the channel list needs updating if its been inactive for that long...

In the network menu, did you click on "active" for the ethernet connection? Is the DHCP set to ON?

Can you play any videos on youtube?

You could also set your IP to be static on the skybox- same in your router.

If the scrambled channel not open any more. U should do as follows:
1. Check if the account expired.
2. Go to menu, check if ETHERNET IF ACTIVE.
3. Go to CCCAM, check if the account is online.
4. Check the back side the LIGHT of LAN PORT if flash.

Any problem can cause the scrambled channel.

The probelm with some skyboxes is that they retain the dynamic ip given by the router even when they are switched off then on, this could cause a problem it the router assigns the ip address to another device causing a conflict and preventing the skybox to connect to the internet.
Solution is to go through the routine of setting the dhcp off rebooting the skybox then setting dhcp on then rebooting, to stop this happening again you can go in to your router settings and assigning a static ip address to your skybox so that the router will always assign that ip address to your skybox.
