My skybox fs5 keeps trying to load on start up and nothing happens. then a very faint number 8 is displayed on the skybox screen and it trues to load up again this just keeps on happening unless i pull the plug! is my box now ****ed???? cheers

Have you tried using a different power supply?

If you have a similar 12V one (centre +ve) from another piece of equipment you could try that (2A or more).
