You are most probably asking about cloned devices...So first thing is the quality of each one and where are you going to get it from...!!!

BUT if we say that both have the same built quality then the Galletto might be a better choice for your first programmer...for the simple fact that it has OBD.

What kind of ECUs you are going to use it for???
