2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder immo location

hi, i only have a grey key for this car so i cant make another key. if i am going to make a key for this car im assuming its only possible by immo dump.

Does this car have a seperate immo box or is the immo located in the engine ecu. also what eeprom am i going to expect and wheres the location. key is 4c. Thanks

If yes why not clone it onto TPX1?

i was told grey key is valet key,so you cant clone it. anyway ill make a master via dump, do you know the location ?

The last one I did it was a late 2002 modle, and as bram has said, its iside the ecu, the ecu is behind the bottom of the back seat cover.just above the right parcel compartment , you have to remove few screws, to get to it, easy job, also its held by special security bolts.

sorry to reply to old thread, but anybody have a backup of eprom of this ecu? i had one ecu with damaged eprom. so i want an eprom from this ecu to generate new keys. thx in advance

16bit virgin auto learn mode file is the same as Camry. Do a search

i try to learn 3 keys, but after process of learning on first key light 2 seconds(like a valet key) and second and third blink constant as no recognized
