please need remove immo from file, ecu bosch 0261204670 , car have white immo box ita a a8 3.7 v6 from 1998.

what chip read inside?

This should be 24c02, or B58xxx chip, your file is to small for this chip.It needs to be 256 byte and you have 128 byte dump.

for immo off to work in this old type ecu you must remove immo box and wp eeprom (lift pin 7 from pcb and connect it to pin 8 ...)

in this case if you connect pin 7 with pin 8 and eeprom can be modified must change 24c02 with a 24c02W (w at the end of code means wp option)
in your case 24c02 is without wp function (see 24c02 datasheet )
