skybox f3 favourites list

hi guys can anyone point me in the right direction for getting a decent favourites list setup for my skybox f3,ive just updated the firmware but lost my favourites menu, i can reload channel list but doesnt restore favs as I was used too ,can any1 help

Try this ,taken from another member and worked for me,
On the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Then Press Blue (Don't make any choices at the menu) hope it helps
