chrysler key bone but.....

i got chrysler voyager with key lost
i programmed the key but the car wont start
the problem is becouse ALARM SET light is on how to switch it off

Do you get a PIN code from SKIM or VIN number in order to write new key? Be carefull because not all these cars have SKIM some has VTSS.
