Help Please regarding Sky channels and 19.2 instead of 28.2

Hi all!
Just a quickie,
Due to Sky overcharging us we're leaving them after a big argument over the phone. So, i'm cancelling my account and the Ombudsman is now involved to get money refunded.
I need to know an alternative way to be able to receive Boomerang for my littlun to watch.
We have Sky, normal viewing card, another motorised satellite system upstairs which we have a technomate box which we bring the card upstairs to watch.
Is there a way i can view through 19.2 instead of 28.2?
All your help would be appreciated.
I would be happy to pay for a legit viewing card, but reluctant to do it via Sky now.
I understand i may be able to receive via BT or TALKTALK tv or other.

does it have to be boomarang? as you can get disney/nickelodeon/cartoon net/baby tv ect for free on 7east with a technomate box(dependant on box and 3rd party software) it was available on 19.2e via softcam/rom but left a while back due to the broadcaster removing 22610 from the downlink. for legit methods on 19.2e i think it would have to be sly germany,csat fra or c****+ esp which are all expensive although ive not looked into it properly,regards mdt
