Your dump is bad ,not PIN not VIN,read agane.
Or read ECU and post dump

Dump empty , i think this car doesn't start , right ?
you need to get Pin by Vin or as qwertyuiop12 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/374391-qwertyuiop12/) said (Ecu dump ) and make configuration using LEXIA .
