Hi can anybody help me get into the menu on the box2 as i can't turn on codes

i am using firmwear ver 4.55 it loades and scans but showes message scrambled or bad channel

when i try to download to box i get message update failed using 4.57

null it has no usb

before flashing reset your box to factory settings then flash it with latest filmware available here on downloads
