Immo in eeprom Soic8 77012 or 77014 (it is 95040) or in TMS370 MCU. Also VIN number stored in PLCC32 Intel 28F010 flash.

scorpio uses a immo box located passenger side side on where the ecu is read the tms and a new key can be added
