30.5E & 31.5E

Is it possible to get these 2 sats 30.5E & 31.5E on 1.1M dish in Northern England? I tried but could not get any channel so I don't think it is possible but would like to check with you guys.

forget it mate you might if lucky pick something up on the east coast with a huge dish say 2.5 metres

I had a lock on 30.5e the other day (tv) 12512 v 2960 (m Lebanon) 12656 v 1660 (imn) 12526 v 2500 I have locked 31.5e a few times in the past. not much to be had on both sats from the uk 1.2 dish south Yorkshire uk.
