Hey guys, i really need some help here i've tried everything and can't seem to correct my problem. So the story so far..
I have a skybox F3, all channels regularly work, those that get scrambled work when AJ releases his updated list. BT Sports in october changed there TP and since then i can only get the non HD channels of BT Sports 1,2 and ESPN. I am currently using Aj's latest list and have looked at King of Sat and manually added 12574/23000/H which is the TP for BT Sports HD. The signal intensity is at 44% while quality is at 10%. When i view the channel i get No Signal (not the standard scrambled)
I have deleted all channels and done a blind scan, yet it fails to identify/find BT Sports HD.
I have come to the conclusion that there may be something wrong with my dish??
I know my 'gift' is fine as the box works at my friends house (lives up the road from me)
Have you any clue whats wrong?
Thanks

care to expand on LNB? I'm not technically sound lol, from what i had read if there where numerous channels affected it could be the LNB and i might need a booster or something?

When you have the box on the affected channel, press the info button 3 times to get the sig & qual bars. have someone watch the screen while you slightly push the edge of the dish (from behind so as not to block its line to the sat). First one side then the other then the top and then the bottom. No need to undo the bolts to see if it sends the % bars up. If the dish is a long way from the set use mobile phones.
If the bars go up you'll know which bolts to slacken for the miniscule move.

kl ill give that a go tomorrow. Have you ever heard of this happening to someone before?
My only concern is that if i start playing around with my dish i might stop other channels from working...

That's why its best to just finger it gently at first without undoing any bolts.
I've set loads of dishes without using any meters.
You will find that the slightest touch will send the bars coloured.

Kl ill try it tomorrow then. Also I've just checked my other rooms actually sky HD box and when i go onto the BT Sports HD channel it also says that no signal can be identified and to go on to Sky Diagnostics (http://www.sky.com/nosignal)

Right so I've tried to move the dish, no success
However, i went to my original sky HD box and did a reset/scan all channels (hold power button for 5seconds...)
And now when i check my F3 the signal goes up and down rapidly from 44 to 93% and from 10 to 63%
It does that for about 5 minutes then goes back to its normal 44/10%
Any other ideas on how to correct?

Try disconnecting the sat cable from your subscription box. If that cures it you could try a different lnb.
