Wow! December in December. A big 10-4!
...but...
The final image has all the files under a folder. My Insite->Calibration Workspace could not find any files.
I have fixed mine... and will try and make available. Rapidshare being anything BUT Rapid, nowadays...
What is the best replacement for Rapidshare?

New links are files only without ISO image. Disk 1 is so large it wil only fit on a double layer DVD so the image was removed. Use an internet download manager for quick downloads is the only answer to your question. The cost of one is well worth the time.
