Loaded Commando 10 but what next

I have loaded dbox2 commando 10 (x2 flash) image and I have searched forums galore for an aid in getting the thing working. What folders do I have to load files into and how to I restart EVOCAM / EMU ?? I am swamped with files now that I think I need but probably dont. I have used magic_key.rar and autoupdate.rar to extract files. Now where do they go into the dbox2 directory. Also what is best scan settings?:call:
