BMW 1 2009 year radio navigation Harmon Becker HB9544 broken after strange cd

Hi, my friends son put to navigation unit cd downloaded from torrent with probably update or maps. After this situation screen is black and radio not working. I think this is CIC Unit. Do you have good software update cd or some good advice? I don't have this strange cd. He tell me that cd stick out after 15 minutes.
