Damaged BMW 520d 163ps driver need a BDM ECU ...

Hello everyone and ask for help.


I tried to read with the help of Kess V2 BMW 520d 162PS 2007 vintage year
Was read correctly. When you try to save the modified map Ksuite showed an error and the driver died ...
Do not give any sign of life. You can not connect to it in the car. Read BDM is working properly. I brought flash tuned before using Kess v2 but still car does not start and shows the error controller.
I ask for opinions or to check for may be wrong.

ECU number is 0 281 012 754 7 799 855 DDE 02
Software number is 379332

can u still read and write via BDM perfectly?

yes BDM works perfect. I try K-tag and BDM100 - no problem!
So why car didn't start ??? No communication with ecu...

i think BDM reading is incomplete it s missing some info at the begining and 1 checksum block.
can anyone confirm ?

Does the ecu work when you put original data back and sync immo?

No ecu not working... bdm works good. How could i sync immo?whot kind of hardware and software use?

Bdm orig file back in and do a CAS align with diag tool I.e diagun

What tool is good to make sync with CAS? Maybe BMW SCANNER 2.2?

In the car, the driver normally reports. After erasing mistakes everything is OK. When you start, unfortunately, does not start and there are 2 errors - 1 candles- 2 Plug-throttle.


Apart from this everything is done correctly. I think it's not hardware. BDM also works correctly ...


What else could be wrong? Do Not know
