hello there dos anyone if you can use a rf modulator on a amiko alien

If its an External RF Modulator then you can use one on any type of satellite receiver

That all depends on whether or not your Amiko has the Scart active as well as the HDMI connector at the same time, I am afraid i dont know because i dont own an Amiko

I don't think it works with HDMI & Scart, i tried it out.

The only way was to reduce the output settings to something like 576.

It still worked through the HDMI lead, but only at a scart level setting, & was also able to use the RF modulater on the scart socket.

But the quality was pretty poor.
