Astra 1.7 CDTI Hard Started

ive a 08 astra 1.7 cdti in the garage impossible to startr, give it a small tow and it will start, rpm reading fine, engine timing fine, fuel pressure on cranking fine, removed injectors and got tested came back fine, any ideas?????????????

Is this the one with the edu module and the bottom/rear of engine block?
