2007 Ford transit bcm 9S12DG256 112pin read?

i.m trying to read this device with upa, i'm connecting 4 wires and have rst and bkgd pins lifted, anyone had success with these? are they secured?
mask is 4L91N.

you don't need to lift any pins on these use the bdm port and connect extal pin 46

i tried to read today with xprog clone v5 with extal connected to pin 46 but get error vcc pin overload so xprog possibly damaged? although i noticed this mask is not supported on v5.
has anyone managed to read with upa original and have pic of pinouts,
