Problem With new Renesas programmer

Hi, please help me with info about connecting renesas.
First question about chine language on pictures.... about one, I found info (need to remove 0 resistor) Second ?????
And my soft didnt see device.... OPEN DEVICE FAIL, PLEASE PLUGIN DEVICE...

Does nesesarry to connect programmer to srs unit ???
I got first unit with renesas , but problen is ...my unit not in list 89170 74140 ( Toyota IQ 2012 year) , so I tried as 89170 74080... Can I do that ? or thay could be totally different ?

clone is a clone, like all clone devices works in some not in all even is in the system,, i think if you use will get unit failure not sure,,, tried and diagnose the car...THATS THE good think in ETL you get free updates, for new ones, BUT MAKE sure is RA66 some use this
