Help 0285001548 CR16CTMV

Hi i need help yo read CR16CTMV from Mercedes Airbag unit 0285001548, i trying read with UPA-USB programmer but i have error message Vcc/Vdd low.

I connect as the image239122 and lift up pin VDD, and try to lift GND pin too but always same message.

I have connect +12V power supply and jumper in position for it.
