Black hole NAS setup

Hi.
Running BH image on a VU DUO2.

I managed to find my NAS but i wonder if there is any way to access any ext hdd attached on my NAS?

possibly not unless they are connected to the nas unit by lan. i run vix image and can access vu solo2 and duo internal hdd but not a saorview box with external hdd.

I have connected my NAS. I have given it a static IP adress and mounted it in my DUO2. In the pluginmenu i have installed the DLNA/uPnP Browser and the DLNA server + the DVD Player and can now play files from my internal harddisk in the Synology NAS server. But i cant' "find" the external hard disks plugged into my NAS server.

As explained above by Cactikid it will not see any external USB mounted drives they have to be located on a network so unless you can access the Nas software and mount the external USB as another NAS the it wont work
