Sat Nav update firmware

I have a 2001 Rover 75 Highline Sat Nav system,can anyone tell me if and where I can get a Firmware update ( not an update map as I have a late one running ) I was advised that with latest firmware I could probably use Poscodes.

With the BMW version of this system if the software version is below a certain level you also need a Key CD, don't know if its the same for rover model but worth checking first.
