I have a corsa d which has lost its immo coding, normally a simple procedure, but I have no comms with airbag module so cant reset it, I have looked for a used one but see lots of part numbers, so do I need to match any numbers or will any module program in and work?

Thanks for your time, ninja

I have used other modules with different part number and got away with it, but you need to read pin from it first so you can reset it, have sdm number?
Have you checked fuses and can lines? Also dtc run bcm

checked all fuses, no comms with airbag fault is stored in ecu and bcm and dash, so can only presume faulty airbag module, I didnt dig down to module so I dont have number of it, thats why I ask if I can use any module :)

I can get pincode from eeprom in module, or just swap eeprom over.

Thanks for info mate.
