Subaru Impreza 2013 - all keys lost

Hello, got car Subaru Impreza 2013 with all keys lost. I have Subaru Select Monitor, but cannot program new keys, getting error. Customer went to local dealer and he said that Body Intergrated Module need to be replaced with Insturement cluster and then new keys can be programmed. Is there a way to program key into this car or it's to new? Does anyone know where keys are stored? Body Control module? This is pretty new car. Any ideas welcome! Thanks!

Push to start? I heard (ID box, ECU, and steering lock module) for Toyota join venture with Subaru. Yet Subaru you need to replace (cluster, ECU, ID box) I guess they don't use steering lock system. I have virgin ID Box to share if you get the ecu dump.

It's not push to start, just regular key. Not clear very keys are stored

I've read key with AD900 and it say's 4D-60 Crypto. Key was pourcahsed from dealer. Is this the right way to read it? or these keys 80 bits?
