If you are looking at a Samsung Omnia HD from Orange BEWARE,

Orange have customised the software and have removed the Route66 satnav software from the phone.
The phone is Symbian S60 5th edition Touch screen (Not exactly the same as Nokia use) operating system and nobody else's GPS software will run on this operating system at the moment (Some people are struggling to get Garmin XT to work with little success ).

the route66 used on the phone in the rest of the world is as yet unavailable, even from the Route66 suppliers as it should come as part of the vanila version of the phone.

things will change as time goes on. But not yet!

Yeah Orange has seriously gimped Omnia HD. This is a shame, but common amongst large carriers. Hdomnia (http://www.hdomnia.com).com recently reported on the updated firmware release for the phone. This may open up some doors and lead to the drebranding of Orange phones. HDomnia (http://www.hdomnia.com)will be reporting any such updates as they happen.
