hi,
how can i see if this ecu is Protected?

down is the readed file with V54 obd.

Better not write for obd without having a boot-tricore reading.

To see if is tprot must read tricore. I think is tprot this car. BR.

Hi!
You can just check it over boot tool.
When you get id, the software will tell you if it is protected or not.

best clone to use for that ecu can it be done with fgtech v52 clone?

I did it over OBD, with v51 with no problems.

yes, but some ecu with this HW and SW have tp active and can not go by obd

That is true , u for that reason is better to read edc17/med17 on boot cause you will understand are is protected or no , and you will be safe if something is go wrong . If is not protected you can do it over obd ,and if something go wrong you will be safe .
For tool which you can use - yes galleto v54 EU i really nice choice and Kess v2 clone .

Tp Level is Tprot_v01.00.00 also you can do this car over OBD

Really strange, this version of software with as low a level of protection, but in chiptuning, it seems that anything is possible.
Normally up tprot V05, is possible in obd trouble, but much depends on the type of interface and the ecu.
