sprinter w906 cloning ecu

i have a ecu to clone but the only thing that could read in fault ecu was flash... is edc16cp31 0281015305 1037393839. the new ecu is 0281015304 1037393814.
this flash emulate eeprom. if write flash from fault ecu in new ecu, car start?

i know... but fault ecu is dead! i read flash because i desolded from ecu and solded in new ecu... but i do not have full bdm read from 0281015305. any one have?
hardware is equal!

better to reset new ecu and personalise to car with star...
