Problem with ols file

I find ols file (in attach) here on DK and when I try to open this file in WINOLS I get error like on the picture in attach,
no mather if winols is demo or registered.Any ideya?

This file was created in Winols version that is newer than your version.
You can't open it.

you need to buy licence from official evc site to open the file

Open it in the latest Demo of Winols may help you if you need to see it for maps. If you want the file then someone could assist by extracting it.
