Corsa 1.3 cdti Speed and Rev limiter help???

dear friends
i am working on a corsa c 2007 1.3 cdti z17dtj
car has 2500 rpm limiter
and 70 mph speed limiter

how can i cancel all?
i tried find a menu with tech2 like ford but there is no

i have to use sps or read full dump and than ecusafe?

For information.
i solved problem 2500 rpm problem is because of bad contact at crank sensor.
And i reprogramme ecu with sps (tech2) and speed limiter broken.
